Hours: Monday - Friday , 10 AM – 6 PM
Saturday, 10AM - 3PM, Sunday - Closed

Family Registration Begins October 15th -November 14th

Please bring a valid parent/guardian photo ID and one form of identification for each child (Birth Certificate, Medicaid Card, or Passport).

Social Security cards are not accepted.
